SHIPPING POLICY
Costs
We calculate the shipping price of your order at checkout. Our current shipping rates are set by the value of your order:

$0-$50 order - shipping is $9.00

$50-$100 order - shipping is $6.00

Over $100 - shipping is free.

There is an extra charge of $5 for rural deliver over and above these prices.
Our system will automatically calculate the right shipping at checkout. We reserve the right to change our shipping prices at any time.
Time Frames
We ship all items on the following business day after order. We use a range of courier to ensure we provide you with the best delivery option. We aim for delivery to urban addresses within 2-3 working days.
The may be times during holidays and sale periods where shipping times are extended due to courier pressure outside of our control.
You will receive an email from our courier once your item has been collected so that you can trace the delivery of your item.
Compostable Bags
In line with our philosophy of reducing our impact on the environment we ship in home compostable courier bags. We also wrap our preloved gems in tissue paper to avoid using plastic inside the courier bag.
Damage during transit
We take care when packaging your preloved gems to try and ensure that they arrive to you in great condition, however, sometimes items are damaged during the courier process. The requirements of our courier is that you need to lodge the claim for the item if it is damaged in transit. We are happy to work with you to assist in lodging this claim. Please contact us asap if your item arrives damaged.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept change of mind returns. Also due to the nature of our items we do not carry a range of sizes so we are not able to do exchanges of items due to being the wrong size. We are happy for you to return any items that are the wrong size within 14 days of purchase and we will provide you with a store credit for the value of the item. If you choose to return the item then you must meet the cost in returning the item to us and are responsible for the item until we have received it. The item must be in the same condition as we sent it to you in order for you to return the item.
As our items are pre loved they they are not expected to be in perfect condition when they arrive to you. We are careful to inspect the quality of our items and ensure they have plenty of life left in them when they come to you and any significant flaws are identified. There may be some minor wear to items and we do not accept returns for this reason. If a major flaw is identified that was not listed on the description we are happy to work with you to provide a solution, whether that be a refund or a credit in store.
