We use the labels on clothing to indicate the sizing, if the item is noted as Teen sizing this means that in our opinion the item is womens or mens sizing, Tween indicates that this item is in the youth or childrens range of sizing. 

We provide measurements to the best of our ability but as this is completed manually there may be some errors in these.

We ship all orders on the next business day after order. We ship with a target delivery time frame of 2-3 working days, it may be longer for rural delivery or during peak periods. 

All of our packages are sent with tracking details, you will receive an email with these details once the courier has collected your package.
